    Hi Stuart,
asking on behalf of my uncle who bought a 57 set leon from large dealership last month.
had it for two weeks and big bubbles were coming thru the rear wheelarch.
he phoned them and they said to take it to local branch to have repaired.
he got it back on Wednesday(11th)The bubbles were back within 2 days this time,
he is not amused and would like to return the car under the Act.
we were not told of any accidents during sale process and i,m sure we asked the salesman at the time.it was advertised as a 1 owner car with 50k miles which checks out.
they have said bring it back next monday(!6th)
we are reluctant to do this as the Act says they are only entitled to one chance
    could you advise?
    kind regards
    John.

Hi John. Have a read of our article on rejecting a car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which covers the information you are looking for.
