I have recently purchased an 06 Peugeot 206, everything works with exception to the A/C (in that the air flow does not cool down with it turned on).
On one of the service records, there is a note which says ‘air con tested at 20c, can hear compressor running, diag required before regas’.
I will not need a functional air conditioning system for another few months. However if I leave it until then before getting an A/C service/regas, is there a chance that the systems components will deteriorate resulting in a more expensive bill? Or is it safe to wait until spring?
