Got a Ford Fiesta 2016 from Arnold Clarks almost a year ago. Recently found that the paint is coming off the bumper, it’s sort bubbling and I can see the white paint underneath. Went to a local garage and the guy says it’s a cheap poor replacement with the paintwork not done properly. I guess I should expect more paint coming off soon, and in fact, when peeling off the “P” sign it comes with the top layer of paint. I plan to just cover the places with stickers for now, but is it OK for Arnold Clarks to sell this sort of car with poor not genuine parts? Is it worth trying to argue with them? The 60 days warranty is gone and I did not buy an extension.
