I purchased a 2009 VW GOLF, which was advertised as having full VW service history but I have picked up on some discrepancies with dates and locations of garages. Also the car has been parked up for the two days since I purchased and there is a large oil patch under the car and oil is leaking, which was an advisory nothe last MOT which I did not become aware of until I checked the MOT history online. Could you please advise whether I am able to reject the car under the consumer rights act please or what the best course of action would be thank you.
