I own a vw golf and had to have the throttle housing replaced, it cost me almost £400 in August but now come February just under 6 months and I’m having problems with my throttle. I’ve had it diagnosed and all problems relate to the throttle, my question is what are my legal rights? I would of assumed something like a brand new throttle would last a lot longer then 6 months, and that I’d have some sort of a warranty, I just want to know my facts before I approach th garage that done the work.

    Thanks
