Hi. I bought a 15 plate Mazda cx5 but after 5 days I noticed there was no heat coming from any of the vents. The car was diagnosed withh a problem with the water pump, thermostat and core heater. It’s possible that the head gasket may have gone but at the moment the mechanic can’t be sure. I don’t want to pay out any further than I have already. I’ve sent a letter re. Consumer rights and my intention to reject or for them to repair. I’m not sure which avenue to go down yet as I’m waiting for their response. However, if I do reject, the car is un-drivable who will need to pay for it to be transported by low loader back to garage over 300 miles away. Also, once I instruct in writing for full refund / rejection what happens if they ignore my instruction? Your advice would be most welcome. Thanks
