Returning a two year old fiat 500…reoccuring tranmission fault

Does anyone know where I stand returning my Fiat 500 (reg2015) as I no longer have confidence in driving it… dual logic transmittion has failed on it for a second time..could’nt drive anywhere in it…had to have it towed to fiat dealer at my own cost! Only had it going on 2 years…also had an connection problem playing music through cable…since I’ve has the car…only just been resolved.on 4 year PCP deal?

Hi Kirsty. You are outside the six-month window for rejecting the car under the Consumer Rights Act, so you will need to pursue the matter through your New Car Warranty.

You shouldn’t have to pay for the car to be taken to a Fiat dealer, so you should pursue the dealer or Fiat head office for this to be reimbursed.
