Renault Scenic handbrake fault – KwikFit

Hello.
I’m new around here and I have a question.
Had my hand break motor replaced in October 2016 and in April 2017 it started to play up again. Took it back to KwikFit and they were a bit reluctant in getting it done again but they eventually did it, at o extra cost for me. Soooo it’s June and my Renault Scenic is stuck, the hand break doesn’t work and I can’t move the car. I know it is kind of old but this shouldn’t be happening…
Should I go back to them and complain again???
What should I do???

Hi Emerald. Is the car manual or automatic? If it’s an auto, it may be the transmission getting stuck in Park rather than the handbrake.
You may have more luck talking to a Renault dealer, who may understand the problem better and may have seen it on other customers’ Scenics.
