My Toyota Yaris D4D 2002 is hunting.
When I disconnect the MAF Sensor, it stops hunting, and immediately starts again when I plug it back in.
Does that guarantee that it is the sensor that is faulty? I am selling the car at the end of the month, and don’t know whether to spend money on getting it fixed before I do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Anna. It is likely that the sensor is faulty, unless it causing another problem elsewhere when it is connected. Mechanical advice isn’t my speciality, unfortunately.
