My car is needing work under warranty. Arnold Clark are insisting that Hyundai need to see the service invoices. I have service stamps confirming the service was carried out. The garage is authorized to carry out services on Hyundai and followed they service schedule. However they can not give me copies of invoices as they have changed their software system since. They had originally gave me invoices which I no longer have. They gave me a print out on request to show Hyundai the service they carried out and the grade of oil used. But, Arnold Clark are insisting they can’t carry out work until I produce invoices. Please advise.
