Hi my 2016 Vauxhall Astra 1.6 CDTI has developed a fault which the dealer hasn’t yet been able to fix.
I purchased the car 2nd hand when it 14 months old with 14,000 miles it has now done 33,000 miles.
Car has broken down five times in last two months.
Same fault each time: Fuel injector control module.
    Work carried out:
    Replaced ECU
    Reprogrammed ECU
    Replaced Relay
    Replaced Engine Wiring Loom
They are now going to replace the Fuse Box
What I want to know is what happens if they cant fix my car?
Will Vauxhall have to replace my car with like for like?
It’s still under warranty until July 2019
    Any advice would be appreciated

    Regards Martin

Hi Martin. Have a read of our article about rejecting a faulty car.
