My parents received a letter from their motor finance company about their agreement ending in January.
They intend to keep the car and I intend to contact the company, on my parents’ behalf (because English isn’t their strongest language), about refinancing their payment, but I’m nervous when I’m making phone calls (especially when I don’t know what the other person will say next).
Besides the company asking for a registration number and car registration, what other questions can I expect from them before they could fulfil my request to refinance the payment?
I never have to own a car myself, so I’m not familiar with the process.
