Hi everybody, just a very quick note to wish you all a very Merry Christmas (if that’s what you celebrate), and Happy New Year.
There won’t be a lot of action at The Car Expert between now and mid-January as I’m off to Australia to get some sunshine and catch up with family and friends.
It’s been a fantastic year for The Car Expert, with huge increases in readership and exposure. Once again, we’ve been shortlisted for Best Automotive Blog at the UK Blog Awards, and we’ve also been recognised as one of the Top 5 Automotive Blogs in the UK by Alternative Route Finance. I got to race a Ferrari around a racetrack and then be driven around the same track in a Lamborghini by The (former) Stig; I got to run over a car in a tank, and I climbed to the top of the legendary banking at Monza. So it’s been a pretty good year…
